Let your little one enjoy their first birthday to the fullest, on a lawless land where they are free to do anything they want! Even make a mess, in water or on land! And we will be right there to capture their smiles filled with happiness and excitement!

Cake smash + splash session

Cake smash - 1 hour of shoot delivering 15 images of the baby alone. The package is inclusive of decor (in-house decor), customised outfit and studio space, along with a bathtub session at Rs.35,000 + 18% taxes.

*Elaborate decor (optional) can be done at additional cost by our vendor. Images of elaborate decor are below for reference.

What does this package include?

• Approximately a one hour shoot delivering 15 high resolution digital images shot across a cake-smash + bathtub splash session.

• 1 complimentary Folio box comprising of 12 magnum prints delivered to your residence post image delivery.

• Shot by our Senior artist, from the mommy shots team, this is typically a 1 hour (approximate) shoot that focuses the pre-birthday milestone.

• The 15 images are split across the cake smash + the bathtub session.

• This shoot includes the cake smash décor (simple decorative balloon arch, ‘ONE’ Sign + matching outfit )
  Boys – Bow tie + shorts
  Girls – Frock/tutu skirt

• Please Note: This package is only for pictures of the child and does not include parents.

WHAT IS DELIVERED TO US?

DELIVERY DETAILS:

• All the photographs will be shared on our online gallery (password-protected) and will be post-processed (i.e edited and made to look better).

• Delivery of pictures will take up to 20 days post the shoot.

• Privacy for your photographs can be purchased. Privacy purchase details are available below.

• 1 complimentary Folio box comprising of 12 magnum prints delivered to your residence (in chennai/bangalore) post image delivery.

• Raw images will not be shared.

• Pre-owned props at the studio will be used to create the cake-smash set-up at no extra cost.

• Add-ons:
  Elaborate Set-ups for your Baby portraits are purchase-able at Rs.8000 upwards with our vendors.
  Additional Magnum prints can be ordered for your Folio Box at Rs.500 per print.
  Additional high-resolution edited Images can be purchased at Rs.1500 each.

• 18% GST as Applicable. 80% Advance to be paid to block a slot formally. Non-refundable.

• Payment once made will not be refundable.

• If for any reason the shoot cannot happen due to the current health scenario, we are glad to help reschedule to a later date. Kindly note that our availability is subject to the current state of affairs and rules therein.

FAQs:

1. Who will be shooting these monthly milestones?
   We have an expert team of senior artist-photographers who will be appointed to shoot the milestones.

2. What if my baby doesn’t cooperate?
   We will help you schedule the shoot at a time most suitable for your baby (typically post a nap). While we have a lot of experience working with children, we also aim to make this a comfortable experience for both parent & child coming into the studio. We only ask for you to adhere to the time slot shared so as not to be late.

3. Who will be photographing this session?
   We have an expert team of senior artist-photographers who will be appointed to shoot the session. The Photographer will discuss and plan the shoot with you in depth prior to making it happen.

4. How do we plan the set-ups?

   We will plan the set-up on a pre-scheduled call to discuss the cake-smash set-up colours, outfit and more.

5. What if I want to bring my own decor?
   We are happy to have you do the same if you wish.

6. How is the bath-tub session planned?
   We use lukewarm water (to keep the baby comfortable) and fill the bathtub only half-way through, encouraging them to play in water. Bubbles/bubble bath are optional here.

7. Will you arrange the cake?

   For safety and hygiene reasons, we ask the parents to arrange for the cake (so as to know where it comes from, how safe it is, sugar/sugarless cake etc). We can connect you with our regular bakers to place the order, too.

8. What about the outfits?
   We will arrange for a simple cake-smash outfit (pants/shorts with bowties for boys, a tutu/frill dress, matching headbands for girls to match the theme/colours). Parents do have the option to bring their own clothing for the child, too.

9. Can the siblings be included in the photoshoot?

   No, this shoot is solely for the child who is turning one!

10. How many setups will done for the Smash + splash session?

    We would be doing with one set up for the cake smash, whereby images will be taken before and after the cake is placed. This will be followed by the bathtub session.

11. How and when will I receive the images?
    All deliverable images will be edited (made to look better) and shared on our gallery link with a password. These are high resolution images you will receive. Images will take up to 20 days for delivery.

PRIVACY PURCHASE

Our main intention to use our client images online, is to help market and showcase variety, capability and potential of our photography services. Our work being uploaded on social media platforms/website helps us in displaying our creativity which in return acts as a source of marketing to bring us future clients. Refraining from the act of display would hold us back from reaching potential clients  who may align with our style of work.

However, if you wish to prevent us from using any of your images online which is our well-administered social media platforms and website, then we have the options below, you can choose to proceed with. We highly respect your decisions on this matter and will appreciate your queries, if any.

1) A cooling period of 3 months from the date of the shoot until which the company will not be using your images online. This will not require any additional privacy purchase. The company will have permission to use these images online post the cooling period.

2) Opting for complete privacy by purchasing the same  at an additional cost of 30% on the original package pricing, as per industry standards. This is mainly to compensate for the inability to show our creativity created with your set of images.

We will have you sign a Model consent form to mutually agree on the privacy policy you wish to have, and the same will be adhered to, strictly.
